Shipping / Return Policy

Because each of our pieces of primitive reproduction furniture is hand-crafted, please allow four to eight weeks for delivery, depending upon the piece.

A 20% deposit is required on all special orders and is non-refundable.

Your furniture order will be shipped securely; however, if any items arrive broken or damaged, please notify us immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping company. It is important that you save all wrapping, packing and boxing for inspection.

Shipping large pieces of furniture can be expensive. We can reasonably transport your furniture within a 75 mile radius of Wilmington, DE or you are welcome to pick up your furniture if you prefer.
